INTRODUCTION

This article titled ‘Zodiac Sign Characteristics Part 1’ formed part of Module 4 in the Learning Astrology Series and was written by members of the Lifewave Light and Sound Meditation Group in the 1980’s. I have added images to the text and the original document can be viewed below.

 

 

ARIES

 

Pioneering and reformative nature, desiring always to be at the head of things. Enthusiastic, impulsive, self-willed, independent and headstrong. Can be indiscreet, hasty in speech and too overpowering. Great love of change, travelling and exploring. Plenty of energy, activity and self-confidence. Better at directing others than carrying out your own plans, because you are overactive, impatient and given to irritability. Fearless. Adventurous.

Reserved, diplomatic, solid, practical, patient, determined, stubborn and matter of fact. Form opinions slowly and deliberately and do not readily change them. Reliable, honest and careful in speech and action. Dignified and diplomatic. Faithful and warm hearted. Patient and self-controlled, but driven too far will make you break out in an explosive manner. Fixed in habits and desires. Easy going. Fond of the good life. Builder. Good worker.

Mentally active. Abilities along lines of Art, Literature or Science, but must guard against changeability and lack of concentration. Like speaking, writing, teaching, travelling, walking etc. where there is plenty of movement and change. Always reasoning about feelings and emotions. Quick-witted, nervous, restless and irritable. Quick flow : of speech and quick at repartee. Has many interests. Eager to travel. Likes linking things mentally.

Very attached to the home and family life. Protective. Clings to people and things.  Cab withdraw in their shell.

Likes to be seen to be doing rather than just doing unseen. Self-centred, indulgent.

 Practical, analytical, discriminative, good mental abilities where method and detail are required, although needs advice, guidance and direction. Sensitive and reserved, very tactful, evenly balanced and cool headed. Weak points are selfishness and criticism. Fastidious in food and dress and particularly interested in matters to do with health. Tends to worry. Fussy. Highly developed sense of detail. Value of sheer technical efficiency.
